MINIMUM WAGE: NLC SUSPENDS WARNING STRIKE AHEAD OF INDEPENDENCE
The Nigeria Labour Congress,NLC has suspended its 2-day old warning strike following promise by the presidency reconvene the tripartite committee on national minimum wage on October 4.
The NLC President, Ayuba Wabba, making the announcement in Abuja stated that the labour action was suspended to enable the tripartite committee to hold its crucial meeting and conclude its work.
